Cacao Sound Journey @ Bitterne Spiritualist Church

  • Bitterne Spiritualist Church 390 Bitterne Road, Bitterne Village Southampton, England, SO18 1DR United Kingdom (map)

Please join us for a deeply restorative Cacao Sound Journey at the Spiritualist Church in Bitterne, where we'll come together in a safe and nurturing space to reconnect with ourselves through the healing gifts of cacao and sound.

Ceremonial cacao has been used for centuries as a heart-opening plant medicine, helping us to soften, release emotional blocks and connect more deeply with our intuition and inner wisdom. Combined with the powerful vibrations of the gong and crystal singing bowls, this experience offers an opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind and journey inward.

As we move away from the noise of daily life and into a place of stillness, you may experience:

• A heart opening
• Deep relaxation
• Feelings of joy and upliftment
• A stronger connection to your intuition
• Emotional release and healing
• Greater clarity and self-awareness
• A sense of peace and wellbeing
• Heightened sensitivity and presence
• Gentle insights, guidance or inspiration

We'll begin with a grounding meditation and intention-setting practice as we share ceremonial cacao together. From there, you'll be invited to get comfortable and relax into an immersive sound journey with the gong and crystal singing bowls, allowing the vibrations to support deep rest, reflection and renewal.

Following the journey, there will be time to gently return, enjoy a soothing cup of herbal tea and connect with one another before heading back into the rest of your day feeling nourished and restored.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion for your comfort.

Doors open 15 minutes before the start time.
