“I’ve felt so much calmer since. And ready to face tough things with a calmer approach. The food was incredible and my energy has increased massively. I can’t tell you enough how much the retreat and everyone there has helped me.”

Cotswolds Sound Healing & Yoga Nidra Retreat
18th-20th July 2025
Bourton-On-The-Water.
A luxurious two-night summer retreat for women, thoughtfully designed to offer deep nourishment, rest, and renewal. Over the course of our time together, we’ll soften into a slower rhythm, creating space for healing through sacred ceremony, soothing sound journeys, gentle Qi Gong, and the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep meditation!) that invites profound rest for body and soul.
Tucked away in a stunning Cotswold stone house, with our very own private wild swimming lake, these luxury women’s retreats are a true invitation to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.
Designed as a sanctuary from the noise of everyday life, these retreats offer space to feel deeply nurtured and nourished. Through the restorative practices of Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing, we gently slow down, soothe the nervous system, and reawaken the body’s natural healing wisdom, reclaiming energy from within.
Each day on retreat begins with a gentle Qigong practice, expertly guided by Sarah Mooney, to harmonise your body and mind. On Saturday, a heart-centered Cacao Rose Ceremony will offer a nurturing space to tune into stillness, connect with your inner wisdom and be fully present to whatever arises. The Fire ritual will then create a space for purification, allowing you to release what no longer serves and make room for the new.
Our retreat will be held in the embrace of the natural surroundings, supported by the soft, nurturing qualities of Rose, Cacao, and Yoga Nidra. Every practice is an invitation to explore at your own pace, participating as much or as little as you feel. The program is spacious, with plenty of time to enjoy the serene lake, explore local walks, indulge in a rejuvenating massage, or simply rest. This peaceful space invites you to unwind from the busyness of life, settle into stillness, and leave feeling deeply rested, connected, and renewed.

Food With Shell: Retreat Food Redefined
Shell’s food really is medicine for the mind, body & soul. Our retreat guests are continually awed at the amount of love goes into these yummy creations, we’re super excited to have Michelle with us again.
“When I cook for retreats I want to offer a new experience whilst making the guests feel at home, cooking to compliment the days activities. As a yoga practitioner I have an awareness to what might be that perfect meal to start and end the day, and lunches that are wholesome, light and energising. I work with the seasons celebrating produce that is fresh and local, adding extra vibrancy as I draw on Ayurvedic cooking principles.”
