Cotswolds Summer Sound Healing & Yoga Nidra Retreat

Join me for this weekend women’s retreat designed for deepest nourishment and rest. During our time together we’ll create space for healing & restoration through sound healing, ceremony and Yoga Nidra practice (yummy yogic sleep meditation).
Set in a beautiful Cotswolds Stone House with our own private wild swimming lake, this luxury three night retreat is an opportunity to feel nurtured & nourished as we take a pause from our busy lives to come back home to ourselves.
The deeply restorative practices of Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing invite us to slow down, tend to our nervous system and activate the body's self healing pathways as we begin to re-claim our energy from within.
Saturday’s heart focused Cacao Rose Ceremony will provide a gentle, nurturing space to tune into stillness, connect to our inner guidance system and be present to whatever is arising at this time. The Water & Fire ceremonies will facilitate a space to purify and release what no longer serves to create space for the new.
Our retreat space will be held by the elements of the beautiful, natural surroundings and we’ll be supported in our daily practices by the soft, gentle qualities of Rose, Cacao and Nidra.
Everything on the retreat is an invitation and you can take part in as much or as little as you feel. The program is spacious so there’s ample time to enjoy the lake, explore local walks, receive a yummy massage or simply rest. This peaceful space will allow you to unwind from busyness, settle into beingness and leave feeling rested, connected and renewed.

Our retreat home is set within walking distance of the pretty Cotswold town of Bourton On The Water. The property is surrounded by beautiful fields & meadows with footpaths just waiting to be explored and is a ten minute leisurely stroll into town.

Your Guides
Louise Shiels
Louise is Sound Healing Practitioner and Yoga Nidra guide empowering people to re claim their vital energy through therapeutic rest systems. She holds nurturing spaces for groups and individuals to slow down, find embodied connection and experience more peace and well being.
She has been on a deeply transformative plant medicine journey since 2014 and offers groups the opportunity to experience gentle plant medicine ceremonies to explore and connect to the bodies’ wisdom and process the stories that are held there towards integration and wholeness.
Louise works with a variety of instruments including Planetary Earth Gong, Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Singing bowls, harmonic chimes, voice, lap harp and various percussive instruments.
Danielle Galway
Danielle is a Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Reiki practitioner & Soul Midwife guiding people to fully connect with their unique bodies and minds to find moments of stillness and peace. Through classes, workshops and 1-1 sessions, she creates space for people to slow down, move, restore and heal. Her yoga classes are slow and deep, with a focus on meditative movement, breath and presence. Danielle trained as a dancer where she became interested in the way that emotions can be stored in the physical and energetic body and how through movement and presence, we can heal and release.
Danielle will be sharing her beautiful gentle style of yoga & just general magicness with us throughout the weekend.

Practicalities
Arriving By train - the nearest train station is Moreton In Marsh which is an 18 minute taxi journey to the house. If you would like to share a taxi with other guests then I can co ordinate this for specific times.
Parking - There is plenty of parking on Site
