Join us for a deeply relaxing and nourishing, sound bath to help restore peace and balance at the tail end of the festive season. This Sound Bath will help clear any stagnant energy in the body that has built up during the winter's slumber and will help eliminate toxins, leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed.

You will be led on a meditative sonic journey using planetary gong, singing bowls, chimes and various percussive instruments. A safe healing space will be provided for you to drop anchor and receive, allowing the instrument's frequencies to wash over you and into you, clearing out any blockages and soothing away any stress in the body and mind.

Reiki healing energy will be used to strengthen and restore the etheric field with Reiki drumming and we will enjoy some soothing herbal tea to help bring us back and ground us before we head back out into the world restored and renewed.

Yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be provided but please bring a blanket, please bring anything else that you need to help you feel cosy.
