Cacao is a beautiful, gentle, heart healing plant medicine that can help bring clarity where we are feeling unclear, focus where we are feeling scattered and clearing where we are stagnated and stuck. This will be an opportunity to really dive deep with ourselves and connect in with our inner guidance system and the Cacao spirit for support in these times of uncertainty and change.
We will be working with guided visualisation, crystal singing bowls and I will be sharing medicine songs gifted by spirit to help clear and activate our energy systems. Please bring an intention for the ceremony of something you would like to release, call in or journey with. Your intention can also be to just be open to any healing that is available to you in the moment. Please prepare your Cacao in advance (instructions will be sent via email) If you would prefer to not drink Cacao but still participate then please just brew up a herbal tea of your choice, Rose a is great option as it also works with the heart. This ceremony is potent with or without a physical cup of Cacao.
Give yourself time to create a warm, cosy nest for the ceremony. You might like to cleanse your space with sacred smoke and light a candle, to get the most out of this experience please use headphones : )) Please make sure you have the latest version of Zoom downloaded and set up before the ceremony begins.
Important Info: - Cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the system much in the same way as caffeine can. If you have a sensitivity to caffeine then please consult with me and we will discuss you having a smaller dose. - Cacao can react with anti depressants causing headaches so please let me know if you are on any medication before booking.
