Shamanic Bootcamp with Rebekah Shaman

Shamanic Bootcamp retreat with Rebekah Shaman Feb 2019

Join us for this intense, personal development workout and get ready to flex your wings and fly into spring detoxed from any mental, emotional and spiritual BS.
With increasing darkness on the planet make sure your light is switched to ON and set to service.
Held in a beautiful retreat centre on the edge of the Oxfordshire/Warwickshire border this specially formulated weekend will take you through your shadow and back into the heart so you have the tools and inner guidance to help deal with life more gracefully and effortlessly.

Morning yoga will help to awaken the body, stir the energy and dust out those energetic cobwebs. The cacao ceremony is a gentle yet transformational plant medicine journey which gives us the stillness to listen to messages, give us time to focus on issues we may have been avoiding and set new intentions going forward. The powerful gongs and sound healing assist us on a cellular level to heal and instil change.

True transformation comes from deep inner work which is not without it's sweat and tears but like anything hard you come out energised and refreshed with a new sense of clarity.

This Shamanic Bootcamp will help sweep out any doubt, darkness and debris that may have accumulated over the winter months so you can emerge into spring shining and ready for anything.

Rebekah Shaman inspires conscious change by educating on the importance of Plant ‘Consciousness’ for our future survival, and assists those in the urban jungles to live more shamanically, reconnecting them back to Nature, and the natural cycles and rhythms of life.
Rebekah provides you with the tools you need to recognise the magic of nature supporting you, and the wisdom of your own inner power, so that you can manifest and create real change on this planet, not only for you, but for future generations. This is about really living, breathing and participating in this world, as a conscious co creator.
Rebekah has studied and worked with three ‘feminine’ plant medicines over the last 20 years; Ayahuasca (a vine from the Peruvian Amazon), Cannabis and Cacao. She has a BA (Hons) in Study of Religions, and MSc in Development Economics, both from SOAS University, and a Post-graduate Psychology Diploma in the Human Givens Approach. She is also the author of the self-published book ‘The Shaman’s Last Apprentice’.

Energising morning Yoga will be led by Danielle Galway and you will also be bathed in gong healing by Sound Awakening over the weekend.

Some of the weekend's activities include:

Sacred Cacao Ceremony
Spring Ritual
Morning Yoga
Walk the Labyrinth
Gong Bathing
Vision Boarding

THE PROGRAMME

Times - Friday evening 17.30pm - Sunday 4pm

Friday - We will meet and settle in and then have dinner together after which we will have the opening circle ceremony stating our intentions for the weekend and opening the sacred space.

Saturday - The day will begin with a yoga session led by Danielle Galway. This will centre the heart and awaken the bodies' energy setting us up for the day. We will then enjoy breakfast before we 'Walk The Labyrinth' in the ground's labyrinth.
After some free time and lunch we will begin the Sacred Cacao Ceremony which lasts for up to 4 hours. This powerful process with Cacao journeying will inspire us and awaken our creativity for our evening Vision Board session.
When we make a visual representation of our dreams and visions we are sending out a clear message of what we want enabling the universe to provide to us more effortlessly and easily. This is a fun, creative and joyful process where we see our dreams coming to life on the board and then manifesting effortlessly in our lives.

Sunday - We will begin with breakfast and will then have some time for reflection. Shortly after Rebekah will lead a Spring ritual and we will end with a final healing Gong Bath where you can just lie back, relax and let the body process and complete all of the weekend's work in stillness and peace.

We will have a closing circle at 2.30pm and end the weekend at 4pm.

The Wisdom Gathering

The Wisdom Gathering

AN AUTUMN EQUINOX CELEBRATION OF EARTH AND SOUL
WE'RE LIVING IN A TIME OF PIONEERS AND WE ARE BEING CALLED BACK TO THE WILD.
WE'RE HUNGRY LIKE THE WOLF.
LET US DANCE FREE FROM CONSUMERISM WITH THE WAVES OF THE OCEAN CRASHING AGAINST OUR BODIES TO REMIND US THAT WE ARE ENOUGH.

The Wisdom Gathering is a four day celebration. It is a place to hold ceremony, to share our skills and our stories, to eat together and dream together whilst remembering the simple pleasures of living in harmony with nature. This is an opportunity to retreat from the attachments of everyday life and tune in to the simplicity of gathering together to dance, sing, create and heal.

When women come together in sacred space we become stronger. We embody our essences, liberated from society's judgements and expectations and start to relax into a sense of freedom. We start to rediscover our true self. We’ve been programmed for many years to think we must have certain things in order to survive, but what if we choose to savour simplicity? Spending time together in harmony with nature, with the space to breathe, to dream and to unleash our wildness. It is time to get out of our own way, to walk barefoot in the grass, to wrap up in blankets by the open fire, drink tea and share stories of what it is to be a woman. It is time to break free, let go and dance… to remember we are wise, wild and free.
